I am pleased with the people that work there. They were very conscientious. My problem is with their OUTRAGEOUS hourly fee. They charged me $250 for 20 minutes to snake my toilet! I should have asked first before I set an appointment. The other plumbing company that I have been using would have charged $95. I will not be calling this place again if I can avoid it. I am on a budget and I am reeling at the bill. Mr Rogers had no intention of reaching out to me to rectify my bill as he said in a response to me. I have not heard from him and don't expect to.

made an appointment for an estimate between 9-11 am. 11:30 rolls around and no plumber. I had to leave because of another commitment, my wife called to inform them about the no show and cancelled. The plumber calls me at 12:30 to tell me he's running late. "Ya think." they should have given us a courtesy call. Big red flag with this place. So we probably dodged a bullet by possibly hiring them to do the job.

Wife called around 8 am and scheduled an appointment for 1-3 pm. Told the lady that answered we had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Tech shows up 2 hours late. Then precedes to tell my wife he does not have the right tools and the guy who does won't be able to come until tomorrow. When my wife starts to call for another plumber to come out he says "good luck and you might as well wait for us to come back". When I call the next day to speak with management. The same lady asked why I needed to speak with someone. I told her what happened now all the sudden she is a manager. She then starts to make excuses why this happened. Because I called Rodgers we waited around all day, and paid at least double then what we should have due to off hour charges. Bottom line call someone else. Not with your time.

Monday morning.... NO WATER! Called a well known ABQ plumbing company and their first response was I needed a new water softener offering me a $4k job. Realized it could not be the softener -- had to be the well because water was not coming in on sprinkler system either. Based on reviews and also recommendations from well respected building industry contacts called Rodgers -- they lived up to their outstanding reputation. Immediately the problem was found in less than 5 minutes. Changed a switch box made sure all was in working order and have running water. Saved me $3750! Thank you Jeff and Rodgers!

Husband noted what a Fantastic job Fernando Jr. did on our bathroom couple weeks ago! Also I agree. Excellent work. However the two Lady schedulers I can see confuse the Plumber's coming out.. also the Ladies don't schedule very well either pretty lazy schedulers unfortunately ..but I give 5 stars for the incredible work the plumber did

These guys are great. They've fixed a few things for me. They do good work and are honest. They came out and gave me a second bid on a job that TLC quoted me $10K on. Rodgers did it for $180.
